How to Get Your Physical COCA Card in 5 Steps

1️⃣ Download the COCA app — available on the App Store and Google Play.

2️⃣ Apply for your free virtual COCA Card — the step-by-step guide is available in this article.

3️⃣ You can now order a physical COCA Card. To do this, open the Banking section: Ready to Order → Order Card.

4️⃣ Make the initial top-up (€50) — this amount covers card issuance and delivery; the remaining amount becomes your card balance. A step-by-step top-up guide is available in this manual.

5️⃣ Card Activation — once you top up, your card status will change to Delivering. When it arrives: Open the COCA app → Tap Activate card → Enter your card details.
